Rajasthan does not yet have a dedicated state preschool statute, so play schools follow the NCPCR’s national play-school guidelines together with NCERT’s preschool framework, the national ECCE policy and local municipal approvals. The NCPCR guidelines call for registration with the state Education Department plus clear safety and record-keeping norms.
